LTE Structures QLD has a unique set of inhouse technical capabilities allowing us to achieve full project optimisation through the efficient use of precast. Projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards by implementing stringent Quality Assurance and Occupational Health and Safety Policies across the business.

Jason Treasure spearheads Queensland operations with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and 10 years of specialist precast knowledge. Backed by LTE Construction Group, which has been operating for more than 40 years as one of Victoria’s largest Civil and Piling Contractors, LTE Structures QLD is growing with the strongest foundation.

Capabilities

Purpose Built Manufacturing Facilities

Queensland’s leading precast manufacturing facility, strategically located across four hectares of prime industrial land. Our site features state-of-the-art facilities, designed to optimise production and offer ultimate flexibility in design. With over 9,000 square meters of insulated factory space housing our primary production area with capacity to produce over 50 elements daily. We have dedicated areas for mould fabrication, panel storage, and integrated loadout bays, all efficiently serviced by a fleet of eight overhead gantry cranes, each with a heavy lift capacity of up to 35 tons.

Equipped with the latest precast fabrication technology, our primary manufacturing area is specifically tailored to handle oversized and heavy structural elements, ensuring the highest quality standards for our specialised suite of precast solutions.

The remaining area is comprised of hardstand storage and custom-built casting areas to product our proprietary core cube system, this area has dedicated overhead gantry cranes with an additional fleet of crawler cranes enabling us to maximize efficiencies from the entire site.

Our team of highly skilled precast drafters is based in our Bundama offices. With local, in-house drafting capabilities, we ensure seamless collaboration with clients, project management, and production. We guarantee consistency in documentation and possess the agility to respond to changes and prioritize workloads in real time.

Whether it’s for architectural or complex structural precast our inhouse mould fabrication ensures the highest quality is produced with minimal lead time.

Jason Treasure | General Manager

Combining a passion for innovation with a dynamic and collaborative management style, Jason Treasure spearheads LTE Structures with 20+ years of experience in the construction industry developing extensive technical and hands-on experience. Previously owning and managing a Concrete Placement company before moving into the commercial sector where he held Senior Project Management positions for full-structures companies in Victoria. 10 years ago, making the move back to Queensland into the specialist precast construction space. 

Keyen Vosper | Construction Manager

Holding an Open Class Builders License with 20 years’ experience in the construction industry in Senior Project Management positions with Probuild and Hutchison Builders delivering large scale projects including multi-res, critical infrastructure, and large-scale retail projects for tier 1 clients.

Andreas Gustafson | Principal Engineer OES

Practicing RPEQ with 20+ years experience in the design and supervision of large-scale structures both locally and internationally with expertise in the latest Engineering Design computer software, focusing on innovative seismic engineering and advanced analysis of tall buildings.
