Developed by LTE Structures the CoreCube™ system is at the forefront of design providing unparalleled performance, program savings and opportunities to optimise builds.

Building cores are split into three dimensional ‘Cubes or Rings’ cast offsite and delivered and assembled onsite.

The freestanding system is installed directly onto foundation and stacked to the full height of the structure.

Superior Structural Performance

The system is designed for exceptional stability and precision. A shear key between segments effectively eliminates lateral slippage, ensuring a monolithic connection. As segments are installed sequentially, their dead load resists lateral forces, removing the need for temporary propping during construction. The incorporation of post-tensioning (PT) further enhances structural integrity and seismic performance. The system’s vertical alignment surpasses that of both in-situ and traditional precast core construction, delivering unmatched accuracy and efficiency.

The CoreCube™ system enables cores to be erected to full height within days, dramatically accelerating construction and delivering major program savings.

Early core completion allows full site access from the start of structural works, enabling other trades to begin sooner. By removing core construction from the critical path, the system also improves scheduling flexibility and reduces downstream delays. Fewer trades are needed on site, lowering labour costs and simplifying coordination. Offsite production and fast installation minimise weather-related disruptions, while grout for post-tensioning is delivered in agitator trucks to enhance safety and reduce onsite handling risks.
